High Noon

Here’s an update at noon…not so bad so far…
This is the town launch to the bay, one block south and east
from my home. Will be evacuating to my daughter’s
house a few miles inland in a few hours…

    • Turned out it didn’t come near my home…and did evacuate for two days…but was very lucky! Power and phone now back on after two days…Thanks for your concern!!!

      • Yay! Living on the Gulf Coast I know about the feeling lucky part. Then there is the feeling guilty part about being so lucky. That is common with any traumatic event I think. Glad it was not bad for you!

      • yes, I woke up today with some survivor guilt after seeing the devastation on the Jersey Shore where I grew up…you read my mind!
