Great shot – swiss chard? I love the detail that you can see here…and the contrast between the green and yellow. Encouraging words…I need to find me a ‘golden spine’ and ‘golden hips’ too …. you will have to share more insight re: the message here … of course I found my own though 🙂

Thanks Robyn…yes it’s Swiss chard with a yellow spine that I found growing in a community garden on the North Fork…as far as the message, it’s simply a celebration of the miraculous flexibiliity of our framework reflected here in nature…xom
