like a
pancake
flat on
my back

help me
find
my arms
my legs
my breath

help me
feel
the warmth
see beyond
the fire

help me

  3. Such simple words, such depth of meaning. You are strong I can read it in your words and your struggle. Remember you are not ever alone. There are others who know. Who care. I for one, and many more. As you reach out to us, we reach back to you. God Bless.

  7. I had to comment…came from Robyn’s page and your words were so very moving and thought-provoking…more than that — invoking a sense of feeling, connection, raw openess. Thank you for sharing this with us! I agree with Penny — “as you reach out to us, we reach back to you”. Hope you feel encouraged today! 🙂

      • I’m very glad I did visit! 🙂 I know exactly what you mean by gaining the courage to put ‘our stuff’ out there. I have begun to that myself recently and have gotten so much encouragement and inspiration to continue…I hope you’ve received the same and continue to open and share more and let the support, encouragement, and inspiration flow through you! Blessings to you! 🙂
